Cancellations

Telephone cancellation cannot be accepted. However we do encourage you to telephone and confirm your email has been received 251-661-4615.

Any order not cancelled within 3-days of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking and handling fee. This fee will be deducted from all credits issued to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel a special order before shipment from the factory takes place, in writing. In the event, a shipment is not cancelled in writing, all shipping charges, plus a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged.
